A polishing wheel is provided to prevent breakage of a polishing surface and to maintain polishing ability by making a connection part thicker than a polishing surface of a wheel body made of elastic material and by forming multiple discharge grooves on the polishing surface. A polishing wheel, used for flattening a bead weld formed on a surface where first and second material are joined by welding, comprises the followings: a connection part(11) protruded upward to be connected to a robot arm, including a connection hole at a center; a polishing surface(12) extended flat along a lower surface of a slope surface(13) extended downward from the connection part, or extended from the slope surface and bended upward; multiple discharge grooves(12a) of a concentric circle shape, formed on the polishing surface with the same interval; and a polishing particle of diamond of a grain size #20-400 electrodeposited on the polishing surface. The polishing surface is thinner than the connection part of a wheel body(100) formed of elastic material. An extended polishing particle is extended to a part of an outer periphery of an upper part along a lower surface of the polishing wheel. |
