摘要 FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: source high-silica sand is heated temporarily to the temperature higher than 573°C in rotary drum drier, then the sand is cooled to 110-145°C. Using airlift pump, the sand is supplied to transport module, then it undergoes attritioning and cleaning via friction of the particles to each other and to sand channels' walls in turbulent stream. These walls are created due to change of particle movement direction for up to 90° in the pneumatic drive of transport module, T-shaped nipples with egress, closed in the direction of sand stream, as well as in segment branches, formed from four units of hollow cylinders. The latter are interconnected in series with each other and air tube via flange connections. One of the first three cylinders' basements is chamfered under angle of 17-19°, and one of the fourth cylinder's basements is chamfered under angle of 35-37°. The diameter of each cylinder relates to greatest side length as 0.6:1. First unit with its straight basement is connected to air tube channel, and with its chamfered basement - to straight basement of the second unit. The latter with its chamfered basement is connected to the straight basement of the third unit. The third and fourth units are connected to each other with their chamfered basement under sharp angle. The fourth unit with its straight basement is connected to air tube extension. The value of cross section area for each subsequent unit is greater than one of the previous unit for 1.1 times. The diameter of inner air tube channel relates to internal diameter of ingress and egress units of segment branch as 1:2-2.15, to internal diameter of flange connection as 1:1.2-1.3, and to internal diameter of T-shaped nipple channels as 1:1.6. Then the material is supplied from transport module to intermediary tank, as well as to pneumatic classifier to classify according to given lower limit and additional cooling. ^ EFFECT: increase of granular noncoherent material cleansing and enrichment degree, reducing of the process energy intensity. ^ 13 cl, 9 dwg, 4 tbl
