FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of mining industry and may be used for crushing and sorting of coals in mines, coal strip mines and warehouses. Crushing-and-sorting complex includes frame, on which feeder, crusher and scraper conveyor are installed. Frame and scraper conveyor panlines installed in it have parabola shape, side branches of which are arranged with the possibility of discrete angular displacement. Upper and lower panlines of scraper conveyor are distanced in vertical plane by at least 400 mm. Bottom of upper panline of conveyor represents sorting two-row slot grid made by two rows of bars with section of trapezoidal shape, which are directed at the right angle opposite to each other and accordingly at the angle of 45 in direction of conveyor chain motion. Upper facet of bar is inverted at the angle to conveyor bottom plane. Lower panline of conveyor is arranged with solid bottom so that fine grade of coal extracted on sorting grid of upper panline is displaced in direction opposite to the upper one. ^ EFFECT: intensification of coal sorting, provision of grade fractions cleaning from finer coal fraction, and also improved efficiency of coal grinding. ^ 4 dwg |
