PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition containing algae colloid and hyaluronic acid and giving smooth feeling in use. SOLUTION: The emulsion composition giving smooth feeling in use as a skin care preparation is produced by compounding an acetylated hyaluronic acid to an emulsion composition containing algae colloid and hyaluronic acid.
