PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container discharging device capable of quantitatively and continuously taking out a powder and granular material from an outlet of a container by a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The container discharging device includes a butterfly valve device 10 fitted to the outlet 5 of the container storing the powder and granular material, and capable of opening and closing the outlet by rotating a valve stem 8 having a valve plate 6 attached thereto, a valve vibrating means 12 vibrating the valve plate and the valve stem of the butterfly valve device, and an air jetting means 14 intermittently jetting air toward the butterfly valve device and the outlet.
