An apparatus for obesity treatment and skin care and a control method for the same are provided to remove fat of an obesity part by supplying low frequency electricity to a needle, and to treat wrinkles, pimples, and freckles without damage of the skin using the high frequency. An apparatus for obesity treatment and skin care includes a high frequency treatment part(100) and a low frequency treatment part(200). The high frequency treatment part comprises a high frequency control part(40) having a picture control part for controlling to display a skin care mode to a first picture part(70), a high frequency generating part for generating high frequency, and a level adjust part for adjusting a current strength, and a high frequency terminal part(80) for treating the skin. The low frequency treatment part comprises a low frequency control part(120) having a picture control part and an output level control part, a power stabilizing part, and a low frequency terminal part(150).
