A screen sharing method of a communication terminal is provided to deliver a presentation screen to a communication terminal existing in a short range in real time by using short-range communication technology in case of presentation, so that the delivered screen can be shared between communication terminals. A short-range communication unit(110) is equipped, and a display(140) displays a particular image. A controller(150) activates the short-range communication unit(110) to deliver the particular image to another communication terminal. The controller(150) streams the image in real time to deliver the streamed image to another communication terminal. An input unit(100) edits the displayed image. The controller(150) delivers the image edited through the input unit(100) to another communication terminal.
