A master batch chip, a functional injection molded product using the master batch chip, a functional film using the master batch chip, and an agricultural cover for keeping warmth using the master batch are provided to increase the content of illite by minimizing the amount of an additive such as a dispersant and to reduce the consumption of power. A master batch chip is prepared by passing 40-85 wt% of illite, a polymer resin and 10 wt% or less an additive containing a dispersant through a mesh roller to coat illite on the surface of compressed and pulverized polymer resin with illite and injecting it into a mixing melting bath; mixing the polymer resin chip coated with illite, remaining illite and an additive uniformly and injecting it into an extruder; and passing it through a lead screw to extrude, cool and cut it.
