摘要 The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy. A method for direct obtaining of iron-carbon alloys comprises supply of a piece iron-bearing material and a fine-graining iron-bearing concentrate separate streams in a melting furnace, followed by the melting in a smelting zone, and the piece iron-bearing material is introduced in the upper zone of the smelting furnace in quantity of 85-90 % of common working space of the furnace, blowing of piece material in the bottom part of the furnace reducing plasma jets which supplied by plasmatrons of indirect action, placed under identical corners to hearth of furnaces, and, at obtaining of a melting, additional loading of iron-bearing concentrate of the set quantity vibrotransportation on the channel is carried out, made in lining of the furnace, at that a concentrate is supplied at the channel on a plasma reducing jet of additional plasmatron and is blowed together with it into a tank melting so that the vector of supply of fine-graining concentrate crosses the jet axis, and concentrate is cooled in the channel of transportation up to the temperature of no more 900 °С by formation of a ring stream of air-gas mix around of the channel and along its length, and after completion of addition loading of the set volume of a concentrate the thermal action by reducing plasma jets on melting is continued before till complete reducing of iron-bearing material, then obtaining iron-carbon alloy and slag are poured. Additionally, a plant for the method implementation is claimed. The invention allows obtaining of iron-carbon alloy by direct method using fine-grained iron-bearing material.
