PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food storage as a refrigeration showcase which enables thaw of frozen hand-rolled sushi and preservation of vinegared rice in a condition of keeping warm while cooling ingredients of hand-rolled sushi after thawing. SOLUTION: This refrigeration showcase 10 has a cooling apparatus 36 which is arranged in a holding chamber 14 oppositely to the upper side of a bottom plate 24 as a placing part, and a heating means H which is arranged on the lower surface of the bottom plate 24. The refrigeration showcase comprises directly cooling in a refrigeration operation an upper area in the holding chamber 14, corresponding to the ingredient Sa with the cooling apparatus 36 so as to cool an ingredient Sa, and on the other hand, warming a lower area in the holding chamber 14 near the bottom plate 24 heated with the heating means H so as to keep whole vinegared rice Sb warm against cooling from the upper side.
