<p>The invention discloses a 2,2',6,6'-tetrasubstituted aminophosphine ligand and its synthesis method. The structure of the ligand is shown as formula (I). Its synthesis method comprises: (1) coupling 2,6-dinitrochlorobenzene to obtain 2,2',6,6'-tetranitrobiphenyl; (2) hydrogenating with Pd/C to obtain 2,2',6,6'-tetraaminobiphenyl; and (3) reacting 2,2',6,6'-tetraaminobiphenyl with halophosphine to obtain 2,2',6,6'-tetrasubstituted aminophosphine ligand. The ligand of the invention is an nonchiral compound. The preparation is simple, and the ligand can be converted to a double-metal chiral catalyst having single configuration by introducing a chiral compound. Moreover, the ligand can be used in multimetal catalyzing asymmetric reaction with high activity and stereoselectivity.</p> |
