A system for controlling transfer pipelines of an automatic waste collection system is provided to manage effectively the transfer pipelines of the automatic waste collection system by accurately grasping locations of the transfer pipelines that are laid underground and databasing the locations of the transfer pipelines. A system for controlling transfer pipelines of an automatic waste collection system comprises: a detection unit(510); a mobile communication terminal(520) including a terminal control part(521), a GPS(Global Positioning System) receiving module(522), a GIS(Geographic Information System) managing module(523), GIS database(524), a radio transmitting part(525), and a user interface(526); and a control equipment(300) of the automatic waste collection system, including a blower(310) for suction, and a control unit(330) for environment pollution-preventing facilities, wherein the control unit controls operation of the blower(310) for suction, and optionally controls a switch valve(232) of a pipeline converter, a cutout valve(241) of an air flow path, a section valve(141) for the transfer pipelines, and an injection port(111) for a waste injection unit. The control equipment additionally includes a GIS database(331) formed at one side of the control unit.
