PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc-base plated steel sheet which presents both corrosion resistance and surface electroconductivity at the same time. SOLUTION: The zinc-base plated steel sheet has an arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.3μm to 2.0μm and a maximum peak height Rp of 4.0μm to 20.0μm on the surface of a galvanized layer that is specified in JIS B 0601, which are obtained by using a contact-type surface roughness tester that is specified in JIS B 0651, wherein an arithmetic mean roughness Ra (peak) obtained when a range of 20μm of evaluation length in a peak portion having an Rp of 80% or more has been measured by using an electron beam three-dimensional roughness analyzer is 70% or more of an arithmetic mean roughness Ra (mean) obtained when a range of 20μm of evaluation length in a portion having a height of±20% from the center of the average line that is obtained by using the contact-type surface roughness tester has been measured by using the electron beam three-dimensional roughness analyzer.
