PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an unconventionally new ceramide microparticle dispersion. SOLUTION: The method for producing the ceramide microparticle dispersion comprises a step of making a first liquid of oily component comprising a molten ceramide and a nonionic surfactant and a second liquid of aqueous component flow respectively to come into contact with each other so as to effect a mixed state, a step of making the resultant first liquid and the second liquid in the mixed state flow through mixing fine holes to disperse the first liquid in the second liquid into an emulsified liquid, and a step of cooling the resultant emulsified liquid to solidify the ceramide.
