A structure for improving ventilation of a restroom is provided to install dual fans to operate a small fan only or operate the small fan and a medium-size fan to maximize absorption force, thereby blowing polluted air of the restroom promptly. A square support outer frame(10) is fixed at an upper end of a wall body of a restroom. A ceiling finishing frame(20) is fixed on a top side of the square support outer frame. A motor lift frame(30) is fixed at the ceiling of a center side of the ceiling finishing frame to ascend and descend at needy. A lift motor rotates an upper ventilation fan or rotates an interacting fan together with the upper ventilation fan at needy. The upper ventilation fan blows polluted air of the restroom through an external ventilation hole with a small amount of wind blow force. The interacting fan moves down the lift motor to maximize wind blow force. A protective frame(70) protects the interacting fan.
