DIAMOND TOOL

摘要

A diamond tool is provided to improve cutting performance of a diamond tool and to maintain improved cutting performance during the life span of the diamond tool by arranging diamond crystals equally spaced on the frontal surface of a segment which serves as a cutting surface. A diamond tool includes a segment where plural diamond crystals(Aa,Bb,Cc) are arranged on circles(A,B,C) having same radius from the center of a wheel or a plate on an outer peripheral surface of a shank to constitute layers of diamond crystals in a radial direction so that diamond crystals arranged at next layer is exposed to cut an object when diamond crystals arranged on a layer at the farther radius are fallen off from the wheel.
