PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fresh flower arrangement vase allowing a user to clearly recognize the position to insert flowers, to easily arrange a first flower, to readjust the position of the flower and to easily correct the angle of arrangement, and suitable for changing water. SOLUTION: Slots 3 for inserting flowers are bored on the upper surface of a board 1, which is formed of an elastic foam body with independent bubbles to catch and restrain flowers with the elasticity. The fresh flower arrangement vase is characterized by the board which can be forced into a bottomed cylindrical flower vase 101 or into a cylindrical support base 2 set inside the flower vase. The slot is a bored hole with a regular diameter from the upper surface of the board to the bottom.
