PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapping film made of a lactic acid polymer as one of the main raw materials, particularly capable of functioning suitably as a wrapping film and preventing a blocking phenomenon even if it is kept in the rolled state. SOLUTION: The wrapping film is formed as a laminated film composed of at least three layers, both surface layers of which include a polyolefin polymer A as a principal component, and the intermediate layer of which includes a lactic acid resin composition B as a principal component. The storage elastic modulus E' measured by dynamic viscoelastic measuring method at a frequency of 10 Hz and at a temperature of 20°C is 1-4 GPa, the peak temperature of loss tangent tanδis 20-60°C, and the peak value is in the range of 0.1-0.8.
