PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet port and an outlet port of a cooling device of a service cart, which is first excellent in cleanability such as wiping cleaning and washing of a cooling chamber, second, has an improved maintainability such as inspection, fixing of malfunction, changing of the cooling chamber, third, has visual recognition of contaminated state, sanitary condition, and presence or absence of the proliferation of bacteria in the cooling chamber. SOLUTION: The inlet port and the outlet port 15 and 16 of the cooling device 12 includes a door 20 structure and can be opened and closed by the door 20, and a ventilation opening portion 21 is provided in the door 20. The cooling device 12 is constituted of a heat pump and has the inner portion partitioned into the cooling chamber 17 which is disposed with an inside evaporator 7 and formed with an air path and a machine chamber 18 which is disposed with a compressor 13, a condenser 14. Further, the inlet port 15 and the outlet port 16 are attached to the cooling chamber 17, one or both of a filter 10 and a fan 11 is assembled to the ventilation opening portion 21 of the door 20.
