A receiver is provided to minimize the volume of the receiver and produce the receivers massively by being compatible to various electronic devices, thereby reducing production costs. A tuner(111) receives an RF(Radio Frequency) signal and converts the received RF signal into an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal. A demodulator(112) converts the IF frequency, outputted from the tuner, into a TS(Transport Stream). An MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) decoder(120) separates the TS, outputted from the demodulator, into a video signal and an audio signal and decodes the video and audio signals. The tuner, the demodulator and the MPEG decoder are modulated and formed one circuit board.
