An apparatus and a method for transmitting and receiving multi-broadcasting data by using a UWB are provided to multiplex various types of data in the PPDU format of the UWB, transmit the data to the terminals of users, and process and reproduce selectively arbitrary data out of the multiplexed data in a user terminal receiving the data, so that the users can simply select and view desired types of data by using portable terminals. A method for transmitting multi-broadcasting data by using a UWB(Ultra Wide Band) comprises the following steps of: selecting plural source data and constructing each broadcasting frame(S12-S14); constructing headers for the constructed each broadcasting frame(S15); and multiplexing and transmitting the constructed header and each broadcasting frame in the PPDU(Presentation Protocol Data Unit) format of the UWB(S16).
