PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evenly distribute a charge of an electrostatic to a plurality of protective elements when the electrostatic is applied to a terminal. SOLUTION: Protective MOS transistor units UN11 to UN14 are arranged to a protective MOS transistor PM2 at even intervals in parallel. An internal circuit side wiring NHL of the terminal Pad side is symetrically branched in two with a branch length L1 at a first branching part. The left side of the internal circuit side wiring NHL branched in two is symmetrically branched in two at a second branching part and connected to the protective MOS transistor unit UN11 and the protective MOS transistor unit UN12. The right side of the internal circuit side wiring NHL branched in two is symmetrically branched in two at a third branching part and connected to the protective MOS transistor unit UN13 and the protective MOS transistor unit UN14. The wiring length from the terminal Pad to drains of the protective MOS transistor units UN11 to UN14 are approximately the same as that to protective diode units UN11a to UN14a.
