PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure allowing an occupant to further safely get on/off at a doorway of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The floor structure comprises a vehicle body 11 having the doorway opened and closed by a door 13, a floor opening 16 formed at a floor 15 of the vehicle body 11 so as to face the doorway 12, and an opening/closing member 20 opening and closing the floor opening 16. The floor opening 16 opens inside the door 13 in a size allowing the occupant in a vehicle getting off to the ground. The opening/closing member 20 is provided so as to move between a first position closing the floor opening 16 and a second position opening the floor opening 16. When the opening/closing member 20 moves to a first position, the floor opening 16 is blocked, and the opening/closing member 20 becomes a part of the floor 15. When the opening/closing member 20 moves to a second position, the floor opening 16 is opened, and the occupant in the vehicle can get off from the floor opening 16 to the ground on the vehicular inside.
