<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system by which an applicant can easily recognize a document needed by generation of event even if it is electronic data or a paper medium, in the workflow system which automates business process accompanying generation of the event. <P>SOLUTION: The workflow system which automates a business flow using a computer, is provided with; an event input means which receives purport that an event is generated by an operator, and input of a type of the event; an event table in which event type is associated with a type of a business form created for each of the event; a paper medium flag which indicates whether the above business form is a paper medium or not; a business form extraction means to extract the type of the business form to be created when the type of the event inputted by the event input means occurs; a required business form presentation means to present the extracted type of business form to the operator; and a paper medium business form presentation means to present that the extracted type of business form is a business form of paper medium to the operator if it is the case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
