An electric heating bed is provided to intercept the electromagnetic waves generated from electrothermal wire installed therein and water vein waves generated from underground water in the concerned house. An electronic heating bed includes a bed frame(1), an insulating member(5), a heat pipe(10), two aluminum members(15), a thermally conductive member(20), a hard panel(25) and a temperature adjuster(30). The thermally conductive member is disposed on the upper surfaces of the heat pipe and the aluminum member to enable uniform heat transmission. The hard panel is disposed on the upper surface of the thermally conductive member. A photo luminescent catalyst that becomes always active when a light exists and exhibits activity for a predetermined time when it is dark is applied to the hard panel.
