An opening and shutting drawer lock is provided to prevent children and pets from drawing out a drawer by having a fixing device, and to be easily opened and closed. An opening and shutting drawer lock includes a movable ring(1), a fixed ring(2), and a fixing device(3). The fixed ring is fixed to one side door of a drawer and the movable ring is moved in the principle of a measuring tape to be fixed to the opposite ring, so the drawer is accurately fixed regardless of the length thereof and is movable only when the fixing device is released. The drawer is locked by using the elastic force of a spring.
