A polluted river water purification method is provided to purify polluted river water by discharging bottom water of the water reservoir side of a rubber dam through a siphon passage formed between a rubber dam and a siphon operation plate. A polluted river water purification method is used for purifying polluted river water by locating a siphon operation plate(30) having an inlet(36) at the bottom in the vicinity of the water reservoir side of a rubber dam(50) which is installed between two support structures(1) to open and close a channel and fixing two sides of the bottom to the support structures, and fixing many T-shaped spacers(34) to the opposite side of the rubber dam of the siphon operation plate evenly, thereby discharging bottom water of the water reservoir side as much as the quantity of inflow water through a siphon passage(32) formed in a space between the rubber dam and the siphon operation plate. |
