<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-temperature superconducting coil equipment wherein the coil abnormality of its high-temperature superconducting coil is sensed surely to be able to protect the coil. <P>SOLUTION: The high-temperature superconducting coil equipment has a high-temperature superconducting coil, cooling means for cooling the high-temperature superconducting coil, a power supply for exciting the high-temperature superconducting coil, a temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the vicinity of at least a portion of the high-temperature superconducting coil, and a current controlling means for controlling the current flowing through the high-temperature superconducting coil in response to the temperature measured by the temperature measuring means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
