PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting structure of a member to be mounted which secures the mounting rigidity of the member to be mounted with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In the suspension member mounting structure 10, the upper end 24A of a collar 24, to which a front suspension member 12 is mounted, is fixed in the upper wall 16 of a front side member 14, and the lower end 24C of the collar 24 is fixed in the lower wall 26 of a bracket 22 for mounting the suspension member joined with the lower wall 18 of the front side member 14.
