PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air and lubrication oil heat exchange system reducing thrust losses and reducing the volume required therefor. SOLUTION: The air and lubrication oil heat exchange system has a cooling duct in which an air stream 13 flows and which has an entrance opening on an upstream side and an exit opening on a downstream side. A moveable entrance flap 12' is disposed on the upstream side of the cooling duct 11, covers at least a part of the entrance opening when in a closed state and permits flow of air through the cooling duct 11 when in an open state. A moveable exit flap is disposed on the downstream side of the cooling duct 11, covers at least a part of the exit opening when in a closed state and permits flow of air through the cooling duct 11 when in an open state.
