The equipment has a protection cage connected to a commercial vehicle (5) e.g. lorry with semi-trailer, and to an end of a carriage (3). The vehicle ensures pulling and pushing of the cage. The carriage has holes and bolts for fixing the carriage to a side of the cage, and wheels (23, 24, 25) are displaced on a top (26) of barrier elements (15) installed on the ground. The wheels are moved with respect to each other in longitudinal and transversal directions. The carriage has articulated lateral flanges connected to each other.
