<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing order receiving device, method and program capable of constructing workflow spreading among respective companies and presenting discount information limited to a particular dynamic condition. <P>SOLUTION: A customer requests estimation to an order receiving site, the order receiving site prepares a prototype on the basis of an estimation condition and registered process definition, retrieves an actual process in order to construct workflow according to the prototype, sets similar conditions obtained by changing the estimation condition little by little, retrieves processes suitable to the similar conditions and prepares discount information from the retrieved processes. Workflow is constructed from the retrieved processes and the prepared discount information, an estimation is automatically calculated from information on the process of the workflow, and the order receiving site presents the estimation and the discount information to the customer.
