PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-transplanting machine equipped with a leveling device capable of uniformly flattening the surface of a field without having gaps between both end parts of the central leveling device towards the progressing direction of the seedling transplanting machine and end parts of the central side of the left and right leveling devices. SOLUTION: This leveling device is linked with a seedling-transplanting part 4 as freely being lift-up and down and having rollers 27a, 27a at both sides towards the progressing direction of a traveling machine body 2 and a central roller 27b in further frontal direction than them. Between the frontal roller 27b and rear directional roller 27a, a transmission case 73 building-in a driving mechanism of the rollers 27a, 27b, having a crank shape bending left and right and long in front and rear direction is installed. Also, since at the front part and rear part of the transmission cases 73, 73, and in the symmetrical position to the rollers 27a, 27b by nipping the cases 73, 73, each of second rollers 27a', 27a' is arranged, the width of leveling ground becomes wider and un-leveled field area becomes less and it is possible to aim at the improvement of the ground-leveled state of the field.
