<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel effective dehydroxy fluorinating agent. <P>SOLUTION: A novel effective dehydroxy fluorinating agent including sulfuryl fluoride (SO<SB>2</SB>F<SB>2</SB>) and organic base without a free hydroxy group in a molecule producing an optically active fluoro derivative as an important intermediate for pharmaceutical and agricultural chemicals and optical materials, specifically a 4-fluoroproline derivative, a 2'-deoxy-2'-fluorouridine derivative and an optically activeα-fluorocarboxylic acid ester derivative, and a monofluoromethyl derivative etc., advantageously even in the mass production scale without the need of using perfluoroalkane sulfonyl fluoride unfavorable to be used in the mass production scale is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
