PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inside forming tool 1 for forming a sheet 2 into a tubular body, has rollers 4, 5, 6 provided rotatably around at least two axial lines 8, 9 of rotation and has a style in which these rollers are struck to this sheet for the purpose of forming on the side face 7 on one side of this sheet 2. SOLUTION: In order to achieve good conformity to a material to be formed, the axial lines 8, 9 of rotation are directly formed in each roller of both the rollers 4, 5 of the inside forming tool.
