The element has a flat and horizontal lower part, and welding steel frame (1) completely covered with an envelope (2), where the envelope is made of non recyclable composite materials such as fiberglass reinforced polyester, associated to other components. Openings (4) pass rain water, and a personalized visual identification (5) is placed on an upper visible surface of the evacuation element.
