A part (A) having temperatures in a range in which ozone can be separated by dew condensation from an ozonized oxygen gas and a part (B) having temperatures in a range in which the ozone condensed can be vaporized are formed in one ozone concentration chamber. The condensed ozone is moved, by means of a flow of a fluid or gravitation, to the part (B) capable of vaporizing the condensed ozone, and is vaporized. Thus, the ozonized oxygen gas can be made to have a higher concentration. A particulate material (13) for dew condensation/vaporization packed in ozone concentration chambers (11) and (12) is spheres which have no adsorbing function at all and have a special shape with a polyhedral side having planes. This particulate material (13) for dew condensation/vaporization has such a structure that when it is packed in the cylinders of the ozone concentration chambers (11) and (12), the particulate material (13) for dew condensation/vaporization comes into plane contact with one another in radial directions for the cylinders to have increased thermal conductivity. In the axial direction for each cylinder, the particulate material (13) for dew condensation/vaporization is disposed so as to come into point contact with one another or be apart from one another to thereby have extremely reduced thermal conductivity in the axial direction.
