The flap assembly with a number of twin-blade dampers, at the scrubber for an incinerator exhaust gas, has twin-blade dampers rotating around an axis (2) at a frame (1) in the exhaust gas flow channel. A sub-structure is on both sides of each twin-blade (5) with a gap between the blades. The shaft bond is through two side box carriers (6). The sub-structure has a number of spaced grid carriers (8) over each other, locked together by connectors (9) to form a static and dynamic grid secured to the box carriers. The grid carriers are of U-shaped plate strips, with openings (11).
