PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously obtain enhancement in the detection sensitivity of an ESR apparatus and shortening of the measuring time thereof. SOLUTION: An ESR signal corresponding to a frequency dividing ratio (multiplying ratio) is acquired with respect to one magnetic field sweep clock, by changing the frequency dividing ratio (multiplying ratio) of a magnetic field sweep clock and a sampling clock so as to integrate the ESR signal.
