PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan which can simultaneously have an oscillation notice function and a heat radiation function. SOLUTION: The fan comprises a ventilation including a housing, an impeller and a driving mechanism, wherein the impeller and the driving mechanism is contained in the housing respectively, and wherein the driving mechanism is connected to the impeller to drive rotation of the impeller; and an oscillation generator having the oscillation notice function by being mounted on the impeller, including at least one stator, at lest one needle and at least one track, fixing the stator to the track, positioning the needle on the track, and moving along the track.
