A thermoplastic resin composition based on a partial aromatic polyamide resin is provided to allow dissipation of static electricity, to ensure excellent compatibility of a resin with carbon nanotubes, mechanical and electrical properties and workability. A thermoplastic resin composition based on a partial aromatic polyamide resin comprises: 100 parts by weight of a partial aromatic polyamide-based thermoplastic resin; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes, wherein the partial aromatic polyamide resin is at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of the polymers obtained by polycondensation of a linear aliphatic diamine with a linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and aromatic dicarboxylic acid.
