摘要 An electrode water-cooling device of a rotary-type resistance welding system is provided to prevent welding inferiority and to sense separation of an electrode, by cooling the electrode of the rotary-type resistance welding system by a water-cooling method. An electrode water-cooling device of a rotary-type resistance welding system comprises a coolant tank(30), a circulation flow path(40), and a sensing unit(50). The coolant tank is fixed to a supporting member(15), and formed with a water supply chamber(31), a pressure chamber(32), and a water circulating chamber(33). The water supply chamber is installed at one side. The pressure chamber and the water circulating chamber are connected at upper and lower parts of the other side for the water supply chamber. In the circulation flow path, a circulation pump(41) is installed at the water supply chamber. A coolant circulation path is positioned at a gun arm(21a,21b). A front end of a coolant supply pipe is installed closely to a center portion of the coolant circulation path. The circulation pump and the coolant supply pipe are connected with a water supply pipe(44a,44b). The water circulating chamber and the coolant circulating path are connected with a water circulation pipe(45a,45b). The sensing unit is installed at the pressure chamber.
