The system, particularly hydraulic circuit has an upper sealed chamber limited between inner surface of a bell body and an elastic membrane together with a portion of the free edge. The free edge is provided on a flat surface of a platform base, where a ceramic piece is supported and generated between flat surface and membrane, which is spaced hermetically. The volume of the upper chamber introduces hydraulic fluid, which is increased. The interior hollow space reduces when elastic membrane is fitted in the ceramic piece with a calculated pressure.
