A high capacity lithium ion secondary battery with metal case, in which the positive terminals and the negative terminals are separately composed of upper pad board, upper insulation part and the down insulation pad board, wherein, the upper pad and upper insulation part are long round part; using two or more rivet bolts through positive or egative electrode tabs top, down insulation board, sealed cover base, upper insulation part and the upper pad board o-hole into one part; the positive or negative electrode tabs bottom ends are connected to the electrode tabs of the ositive or negative electrodes; the battery core is composed of two or more parallel roller cores. |
