<p>The invention relates to a chemical process for preparing acetylcholine acetyl salicylate to be administered to influenza virus patients having also other affections, such as cardiac, hepatic affections, peptic ulcer and especially to diabetic patients with insuline dependancy. According to the invention, the process consists in converting the anhydrous choline chloride into free base choline through the treatment thereof with sodium hydroxide in alcoholic medium, neutralizing the alcoholic choline filtrate with acetyl salicylic acid, followed by the acetylation of choline salicylate into acetylcholine acetyl salicylate, in a homogeneous medium, isolation and purification of the final product.</p> |
