A wind generator has a post 10, a rail 20 mounted on the post 10 and a blade assembly 30 mounted rotatably on a top of the post. The blade assembly 30 includes multiple blades 33 radially formed around a base 31. Each blade 33 has multiple vents 340, a slat 341 and multiple relief valves 36. The slat 341 is controllably mounted to open or close the vents 340. The relief valves 36 are mounted pivotally to selectively cover valve holes 342, 350 formed through the blades 33. |
