An auxiliary device for cooking is provided to improve compatibility and to prevent burn of rice regardless of pressure or amount of water by inserting an inner container such as a kocher into an outer container heated by a heating device. An auxiliary device for cooking comprises stair type fixing parts(101, 102, 103, 104) and a fixing sill(104), and a supporter(105). The stair type fixing parts and the fixing sill shaped like ∧ are adjusted according to the size of an inner container(106). The supporter is installed at the lower part. The stair type fixing parts and the fixing sill shaped like + or o are installed at four places. Consequently, neither water level nor fire strength need to be regulated additionally as the water amount is easily controlled.
