PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide collagen replacing bovine-original collagen, excellent in heat stability, having high gelatin transition point and stably obtainable from materials having little variance between individuals, and to provide cosmetics obtained by compounded with the collagen. SOLUTION: The collagen is obtained by extracted from the abdominal skin of freshwater fishes such as a tilapia, cultivated at≥10°C growth temperature.
