PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building snow removal device using an electric or manual winch, capable of preventing collapse of a house by deposited snow and personal suffering while saving energy consumption. SOLUTION: The roof of an existing house is removed and reformed to a new gabled roof. A pulley is set on a ridge beam, a wire is passed therethrough, a roller conveyor is attached onto the roof, and a slidable sash bar is placed thereon. By using the gradient of the roof, the weight of snow and the slidability of the roller conveyor, a winch can be safely unwound and moved to an eaves through indoor operation to fall the snow.
