摘要 A geared motor and a geared motor for a robot are provided to enhance a coupling strength between a motor and a decelerator by arranging a connecting hole inside an apex of the polygonal cross-section of a decelerator side and a mounting hole outside the side of the cross-section at the decelerator side. A geared motor includes a motor(M1) and a decelerator(G1) which are connected with each other on the same shaft. A casing of the decelerator includes a casing body and a polygonal decelerator flange(72). A casing of the motor has a polygonal shape. A side or an elongation line from the side of a cross-section of the decelerator is arranged to cross a side or an elongation line from the side of a cross-section of the decelerator flange. A motor connecting hole(80) is arranged inside an apex of the polygonal cross-section at a decelerator side. The motor connecting hole couples the motor with the decelerator flange. A mounting hole(82) is arranged outside the side of the cross-section at the decelerator side, when the motor is connected with the decelerator flange. The decelerator is mounted on other device through the mounting hole.
